s999 Terms and Conditions – Know Before You Play

1 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use an s999 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an active account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. s999 does not permit use of the platform by anyone under the age of 18, regardless of whether they are supervised by an adult.
• You must be accessing s999 from a jurisdiction where online sports betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited for individual users.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted on the player platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent or immediate family member of an employee of s999 or any of its technology or payment partners.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete registration information. Providing false information — including a false name, false date of birth or a fictitious address — is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of any balance held.

s999 may request supporting documentation to verify your age, identity or address at any point during the account lifecycle. Documents typically accepted include a valid national identity card, passport or utility bill. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in a temporary or permanent restriction on your account.

By completing registration on s999, you confirm that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements and that the information you have provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

2 Account Rules and Responsibilities

One account per person. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active s999 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, a different name or with different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, s999 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any bonuses, promotional credits or winnings connected to those accounts.

Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your s999 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. s999 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared your credentials or failed to take reasonable steps to secure your account.

Keeping your details up to date. If your contact details, payment methods or other account information change, you are responsible for updating your s999 account accordingly. Outdated details — particularly payment information — may cause delays in processing withdrawals.

Notifications. s999 may communicate with you via the email address or contact information registered on your account. It is your responsibility to ensure these details are current and that you regularly check for communications from s999 regarding your account status, promotions or verification requests.

• Do not allow anyone else to place bets or access games using your s999 account.
• Do not use a VPN or other tools to misrepresent your geographic location when accessing s999.
• Report any suspected unauthorised account access to s999 support immediately.
• Use only payment methods that are registered in your own name for deposits and withdrawals.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

Currency. All deposits, withdrawals and account balances on s999 are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion at any stage of the transaction process on s999.

Supported payment methods. s999 currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant payment, direct bank transfer, Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed in the cashier section of your account. Payment methods available to you may vary based on your account status and location within Pakistan.

Deposit processing. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited to your s999 balance instantly. Raast transfers and bank transfers may take up to a few hours depending on your bank's processing times. Card deposits are typically processed within a few minutes. s999 does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. s999 reserves the right to request verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Once verification is complete, withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within 24 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days. s999 does not guarantee specific withdrawal timelines and is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers or banks.

Minimum and maximum limits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your s999 account. These limits may vary by payment method and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

s999 reserves the right to delay, suspend or decline a withdrawal request if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering or a breach of these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, s999 may request additional documentation before releasing funds.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

s999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms listed on the Promotions page in addition to the general bonus terms set out here.

Wagering requirements. All bonus funds credited to your s999 account are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the offer) must be staked before a withdrawal request can be made. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement of PKR 1,000 requires PKR 10,000 in total qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted.

Eligible games and markets. Not all games and betting markets contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Sports betting typically contributes 100% of the stake towards wagering. Some slot games may contribute at a lower rate or be excluded entirely from bonus wagering. Casino table games and live dealer games may have restricted or zero contribution. • Bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address and per device.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash before wagering requirements are met.
• s999 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Attempting to abuse a bonus — including through arbitrage, matched betting or the use of automated tools — will result in the bonus being voided and may result in account suspension.
• Welcome bonuses are available only to new s999 players on their first deposit. Existing players who create a second account to claim a welcome bonus are in breach of these terms.
• Bonuses expire after the period stated in the specific promotion terms. Unused or unmet wagering requirements after the expiry date will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

s999 reserves the right to request proof that a bonus has been used in accordance with these terms. If a player is found to have exploited or abused a promotional offer, s999 may reclaim the bonus amount along with any winnings generated from it.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

Bet placement. A bet is only confirmed once s999 has accepted and processed it. A bet confirmation screen or notification will appear once your bet has been successfully placed. In the event of a technical error during bet placement, s999 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to your account balance.

Odds and markets. s999 offers odds on cricket — including PSL fixtures, T20 internationals and international test matches — as well as football, esports and a range of other sports. Odds are set by s999 and are subject to change at any time prior to the bet being confirmed. The odds displayed at the time your bet is submitted and confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet.

In-play betting. In-play bets are subject to a brief delay before being accepted to allow for odds adjustment. s999 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time during a match without prior notice, including during periods of rapid score change or suspected irregular activity.

Void bets. A bet may be declared void by s999 in circumstances including but not limited to: incorrect odds published due to technical error, a match being abandoned before completion of the required minimum play period, or a market being settled in error. Void bets will have the original stake returned to the player's account.

Casino and slot games. All casino and slot games on s999 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game results are determined independently and cannot be influenced by s999 or by the player. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available in the game information section.

Minimum and maximum stakes. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games on s999. These limits are displayed within each market or game and may vary. s999 reserves the right to impose individual account-level stake limits where it considers it appropriate.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on s999 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and possible legal referral:

• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets, spin slots or interact with any part of the s999 platform.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of casino games or to exploit any aspect of the platform.
• Arbitrage betting — exploiting differences in odds across markets or between s999 and other platforms in a systematic way intended to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing low-risk bets with a bonus to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, using free bets in a way that effectively guarantees a payout, or coordinating with other accounts to exploit promotional offers.
• Money laundering — using s999 to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. s999 takes its obligations in this area seriously and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Providing false registration information — including false name, date of birth, address or payment details.
• Accessing s999 using a VPN or proxy service to misrepresent your location.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack or exploit any part of the s999 platform, including its games, payment systems or account infrastructure.

If s999 has reasonable grounds to suspect that any of the above activities are taking place, it may freeze your account, suspend withdrawal access and conduct an investigation before taking further action. During an investigation period, s999 is not obligated to release any funds held in the account.

7 Privacy and Data

s999 collects and processes personal data in order to operate your account, process transactions and meet its obligations under these terms. By registering on s999 you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Your personal and payment data is stored securely using SSL encryption and is not sold to third parties.
• s999 may share your data with payment processors, identity verification providers and relevant authorities where legally required.
• s999 may use your contact information to send you account notifications, promotional offers and responsible gaming communications. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time from your account settings.
• You have the right to request access to the personal data s999 holds about you and to request corrections to inaccurate information.

8 Responsible Gaming

s999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across the entire platform. Betting and casino gaming are forms of entertainment intended for adults who can afford to spend the money they wager. The following principles underpin s999's approach to responsible gaming:

• 18+ only. s999 does not allow anyone under the age of 18 to register or play. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• Set a budget. Before you deposit, decide on a fixed amount you are comfortable spending in a session or over a defined period. Treat that amount as a leisure expense — money you are prepared to lose as part of the entertainment.
• Use deposit limits. s999 allows you to set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits directly from your account settings. Once a limit is set, it cannot be increased for 24 hours — this cooling-off period is intentional and designed to prevent impulsive decisions.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

Voluntary closure. You may request to close your s999 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, any remaining balance will be paid out to your registered payment method subject to standard verification requirements being met. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Suspension by s999. s999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including in circumstances where:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions is identified or reasonably suspected.
• The account holder is found to be under the age of 18.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering or identity fraud is suspected.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period and attempts to contact the account holder have been unsuccessful.
• A self-exclusion request has been made by the account holder or a third party acting on their behalf.

Where an account is suspended due to a suspected breach of these terms, s999 may withhold the balance pending the outcome of its investigation. If the investigation concludes that a breach has occurred, s999 reserves the right to forfeit some or all of the balance in accordance with the specific breach identified.

Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — for example, at the account holder's request — the remaining real-money balance will be returned within a reasonable timeframe subject to verification.

10 Limitation of Liability

s999 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While s999 makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform operates reliably and without interruption, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond s999's control may result in temporary unavailability.

s999 accepts no liability for:

• Loss of winnings or inability to place bets due to platform downtime or technical errors, where those bets had not yet been confirmed.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to secure their account credentials.
• Decisions made by a player while under the influence of alcohol, medication or any other substance.
• Any indirect, consequential or special damages arising from the use of or inability to use the s999 platform.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, banks or mobile wallet operators.

In the event of a technical error that results in a game being played or a bet being placed with incorrect parameters, s999 reserves the right to void the affected transaction. If a technical error results in an incorrect payout being made to a player's account, s999 reserves the right to reclaim the incorrectly credited amount.

Nothing in these terms limits s999's liability for matters that cannot be limited by applicable law.

11 Amendments to These Terms

s999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Significant changes may also be communicated to players via the email address registered on their account.

Your continued use of s999 after updated terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those updated terms. If you do not agree with a change that has been made, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 9.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. s999 recommends checking this page whenever you return to the platform after an extended absence.
