Bonuses typically have an expiry date. If you don't use or meet the wagering requirements within the promotional period, the bonus is automatically removed from your account. S999 App

Visit the App page on the S999 website and follow the download instructions for Android. You'll need to allow installation from unknown sources in your phone's settings (under Security or Privacy, depending on your Android version). Once installed, log in with your existing S999 credentials and you're ready to go.

The most common reason is that "Install from Unknown Sources" is not enabled on your phone. Go to Settings > Security (or Apps > Special App Access on some devices) and enable this option.
